What if you want more than just writing?

No problem. I work with some wonderful designers, photographers, Chinese copywriters, directors and producers so let me know what you need and I can put a package together for you.

What do I charge?

It depends on what you need: a simple brochure, a major ad campaign or just some fast editing? So, normally we discuss the fee upfront and I’ll give you a written quote. If you are comfortable with the price, then away we go. 

What are the payment terms?

Just like most businesses, 30-60 days from final receipt of the work. You can pay by cheque, bank draft or cash in a brown paper bag, whatever suits you best.

What if you don't like what I write for you?

Well, there is always some back and forth on any creative project, but if you are really not happy, then the first step would be to discuss the situation and see if we can fix it. If not, then I won’t charge you anything. That’s right, not a cent. But of course you can’t use any of the work I have prepared for you. But that should be OK, as you didn’t like it anyway, right?

What about confidentiality?

Everything you tell me about your project or product is 100% confidential. If you require a signed non-disclosure agreement then of course you can have one.
